 AP Intermediate Timetable, Instructions & Guidelines

The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), has officially released the Time Table for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May 2025. These exams are crucial for students aiming to improve their performance or clear pending subjects.

This post contains the complete timetable, essential exam-day instructions, and re-verification/recounting procedures. Please read carefully to avoid any last-minute confusion.

🗓️ Time Table for Theory Examinations (May 2025)

 

Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

🔹 Note: The above dates also apply to Vocational Course Examinations. However, a separate timetable for vocational subjects will be available on https://bie.ap.gov.in

Practical Examinations will be conducted from 28-05-2025 (Wednesday) to 01-06-2025 (Sunday) in two sessions i.e., 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM and 2.00 PM. to 5.00 PM for both General and Vocational
courses.
Ethics and Human Values Examination will be conducted on 04-062025 (Wednesday) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
Environmental Education Examination will be conducted on 06-062025 (Friday) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
Therefore, it is instructed to give wide publicity of the schedule of exams among the teaching staff and students of your college regarding the dates, timings of the theory examinations and display a copy of the Time Table prominently on the Notice Board of your college without fail. Acknowledge the receipt of the letter.

📝 Important Instructions for Candidates

🎫 Hall Ticket and Identification

• Verify your Name, Medium, Subjects in the Hall Ticket.

• Any discrepancies must be rectified through the College Principal.

• Entry without a valid Hall Ticket issued by BIEAP is strictly prohibited.

⏰ Reporting Time

• Reach the exam center 30 minutes before the start time (8:30 AM / 2:00 PM).

• No entry after 9:00 AM / 2:30 PM.

📚 In the Examination Hall

• Maintain strict silence.

• Verify the OMR barcoded sheet and staple it correctly to the answer booklet.

• Sign the photo attendance sheet after confirming your details.

• Ensure the Question Paper matches your subject.

• Do not pass the Question Paper to others or take it outside.

❌ Prohibited Items

• Written/printed material, cell phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, or any electronic gadgets are not allowed.

🧾 Answer Booklet Guidelines

• Only a 24-page answer booklet will be issued—no additional sheets.

• Attempt only the required number of questions.

• Strike off unused pages and answers that are not meant for evaluation.

🛑 Malpractice Warning

• Acts like copying, communicating with others, writing names or Regd. No. on answers, or misbehavior will lead to cancellation of performance and debarment up to 8 exams.

• In case of malpractice, candidates must complete formalities and submit explanations at the exam center.

🔄 Recounting & Re-verification of Answer Scripts

After results are published, students can apply for:

• Recounting: ₹260 per paper

• Photocopy-cum-Reverification: ₹1300 per paper

Apply online through https://bie.ap.gov.in under “Student Services” > Re-verification of Valued Answer Scripts & Scanned Copy. Provide your:

• Hall Ticket Number

• Date of Birth

• SSC Hall Ticket Number

• Valid mobile number and email ID

🚫 No applications accepted after the due date.
💸 Fees once paid are non-refundable.

📬 Post-Examination Information

• Marks memo and pass certificates will be sent to respective college principals.

• Report any discrepancy in results or certificates within one month of publication.

🔁 Candidates passed in 1st-year subjects can improve performance only in the immediate supplementary exams. Attempting later exams will invalidate previous marks.

📝 Preserve the Hall Ticket until you receive your Pass Certificate-cum-Memo. Candidates shall be permitted to enter the exam center 30 minutes before the commencement of exam i.e., 8.30 AM/2.00 PM. Candidates shall occupy the
seats allotted to them in the Examination Hall 15 minutes before the
